Step 1/4
Coat 1 side of the tortillas with cheese sauce and BBQ sauce. Pass in the crushed chips and place on a grill (to create a taco shape). Bake for 8 minutes.
Step 2/4
Crumble cooked bacon and place on slices of cheddar. Add some hot sauce and roll the cheddar on itself. Coat the cheddar with flour followed by egg wash and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until crispy.
Step 3/4
Take a tortilla and cut into triangles. Create layers with the tortillas, Swiss cheese and chips. Coat with flour followed by egg wash and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until crispy.
Step 4/4
Add cooked ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and herbs to the tacos. Serve with the fried cheese and fried triangles. Enjoy!
