Step 1/2
Flatten the veal with a hammer. Place the ham and cheese on top and roll the veal on itself. Secure with skewers. Coat with flour. Season the breadcrumbs with the Cheflcub chicken seasoning. Pass the veal in 1 beaten egg followed by the breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Step 2/2
Cut the potatoes into strips and pass in the reMayning eggs. Season with spices and shape into a flower. Fry in hot oil until crispy. Serve with the veal and enjoy!
