15 werther's original hard caramels
1 butter
1 pecans
2 vanilla ice cream
2 cinnamon sticks
1 vanilla bean

Step 1/4
In a bowl mix the flour, cornstarch, sugar, eggs, milk and cinnamon. Heat the frying oil to 350°F. Heat up the apple slicer in the oil and dip it in the batter. Allow to fry for a few minutes until golden brown.
Step 2/4
Poach 3 apples with the skin on in water with the cinnamon sticks and the vanilla.
Step 3/4
Cut the other 3 apples into pieces and cook them with the butter, the caramels and the pecans.
Step 4/4
Assemble the ingredients in a cut-out plastic bottle. Put a layer of roasted apples, a layer of ice cream, the cut apple and finish with the donut. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve and enjoy!
