Step 1/3
Press shortbread crust into a pie pan. Create a window (hole) in the dough and bake until done.
Step 2/3
Cover the crust in caramel and add cooked pie dough to close the 'window'. Top with melted chocolate. Use different colored candy melts to decorate and create a beachside scenery. Sprinkle crushed shortbread to create the 'sand' and a slice of orange for the 'sun'.
Step 3/3
Cut out shortbread dough using stencils for 3D scenery such as mountains and palm trees. Bake the scenery until done and decorate with candy melts. Place the 3D scenery on top of the beachside scenery. Use buttercream to create waves in the sea. Serve and enjoy!
