Heat oil in a pan. Pour pancake batter over a slotted spoon into the hot oil to create small fried pieces.Top the batter in the spoon with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and a hash brown. Gently remove the fried pieces from the oil. Cover the toppings with additional pancake batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.

Coat the fried pieces in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Place the stuffed pancakes on a plate. Drizzle with maple syrup and garnish with the cinnamon-sugar-coated fried bits, mixed berries, and a dusting of powdered sugar. Serve and enjoy!
