Cut the pizza dough to obtain 2 circles. Fold one of the circles in 4 and place on the other. Add the smoked mozzarella, tomatoes and basil on one side. Add mozzarella, basil and tomatoes to the other. Fold and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Step 2/2
Make rosettes with the coppa and skewer with mini mozzarella balls, mint and basil. Serve with the fried calzones and enjoy!
