8 oz macaroni
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups grated cheddar
1/2 cup milk
2 cups Velveeta cheese
2 lbs ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 onions, chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar or raw cane sugar
1 cup ketchup, plus more for glazing & serving
3 1/2 tbsp mustard
Mashed potatoes
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 large oven-safe bowl
1 small oven-safe bowl
Step 1/4
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. In a small saucepan, combine cream cheese, cheddar, milk, and Velveeta until a sauce forms. Add macaroni to sauce and combine.

In a separate bowl, mix together ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, onions, brown sugar, ketchup, and mustard. Mix to combine.
Step 3/4
Place the small bowl upside down in the center of the large bowl creating a bundt cake mold. Spoon meat mixture along the bottom and insides of the mold. Fill with mac and cheese and cover with layers of the meat mixture. Brush with ketchup and bake for one hour at 350 °F.
Step 4/4
Once cool, flip meatloaf onto a plate and remove the small bowl. Brush on more ketchup and fill center with mashed potatoes. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
