Total time : 45 min
Preparation : 45 min
apples
1-2 sheets puff pastry (depending on baking dish)
3 egg
0,66 heavy whipping cream
0,25 butter, melted
0,25 cane sugar
0,33 flour
pudding cups
Step 1/2
Cut apples in half, then remove the cores and let soak in cold water with a little lemon for a few minutes. Use a knife to carve out spooky faces into the apples. Place the puff pastry into a baking dish, then place the apple heads.
Step 2/2
Mix together the eggs, heavy whipping cream, flour, sugar, and butter. Pour over apples then bake for 45 minutes for 340 °F. When the apples are cooked and cooled, pour pudding into the eyes and mouth of the apple heads to make them even more spooky. Enjoy!
