1 piece mozzarella
10 hot dog sausages
1 puff pastry sheet
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup of tomato concentrate paste
10 almonds
Tomato sauce
Step 1/3
Cut the mozzarella into slices, open each hot dog lengthwise with a knife and insert a slice of mozzarella.
Step 2/3
Arrange the sausages on the puff pastry and cut into 3 equal parts to form the bones of a finger. Wrap the 3 pieces of sausage together in the puff pastry, then cut the edge so as to detach them. Pinch the dough between each piece of hot dog and draw folds on the top with a knife
Step 3/3
Place the fingers on a par sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with egg yolks. Spread a dab of tomato paste on one edge and glue an almond on top to form the fingernail. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F and then enjoy with tomato sauce.
