Step 1/3
On a sheet of foil place the bacon slices in a row. Add a row of cheddar slices on top, the ribs and another row of cheddar slices. Coat with BBQ sauce. With the help of the foil, wrap the bacon around everything and add more BBQ sauce. Fold the foil to enclose and place on grill. Cook until done.
Step 2/3
Open the top of a keg of beer and place on the grill. Add butter and the corn on the cob inside. Allow to cook and finish by searing the corn on the grill.
Step 3/3
Serve the ribs with the corn on the cob and enjoy!
