6 hot dog buns
1 shredded cheddar
6 hot dogs
18 bacon
6 jalapeños
12 pretzel sticks

Step 1/3
Take the hot dogs and cut them into quarter inch slices. Remove the center of each slice using a straw.
Step 2/3
Slice the jalapeño peppers into even slices and remove the center. Place a pretzel stick through the center alternating a slice of hot dog and a slice of jalapeño until the stick is full. Set aside.
Step 3/3
Slice 4 hot dogs down the center and place them flat side down on the grill creating a rectangle (make sure all edges are touching). Pour the eggs into the rectangle, then sprinkle with chives. Spread the shredded cheese mix onto the chives. Place cooked bacon slices on the cheese. Place an open face down hot dog bun onto each bacon strip. Once the eggs are cooked seperate each hot dog using a spatula to cut through and flip them over. Place two more cooked bacon strips into each bun and top off with a jalapeño pretzel dog. Enjoy!
