Next, lay out a rectangle of pizza dough and artfully arrange slices of cheddar on top. Add a layer of provolone and the steak and veggie mixture. Sprinkle generously with shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Carefully roll the pizza dough to encompass the ingredients. Use scissors to create a crown shape at the top. Form the dough into a circle and place it on a baking sheet. Brush the dough with an egg wash and bake until golden brown.
