12 slices smoked salmon
3 leeks
2 logs goat cheese
5 eggs
1 1/2 cups heavy cream

Step 1/2
Line the terrine dish with the slices of smoked salmon, leaving them hanging over the sides. Mince the leeks and add them to the dish. Add the 2 goat cheese logs, lined up lengthwise, on top.
Step 2/2
Mix the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper and pour this mixture into the dish. Fold the salmon over the top and bake for 35 minutes at 325 °F. Turn out of the mold and sprinkle with parsley. Slice and enjoy!
