4 bell peppers

Step 1/4
Cut off the tops of the peppers and remove the seeds. Mix the ricotta, chopped basil, parmesan and egg.
Step 2/4
Sauté the onion and garlic with the tomato sauce, add the ground beef and herbs of Provence and simmer this meat sauce for about 15 minutes. Precook the lasagna leaves for 3 minutes in boiling water.
Step 3/4
Place the peppers on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and stuff them with, in this order, a layer of meat sauce, half a sheet of lasagna, ricotta cheese mixture and another half sheet of lasagna. Repeat 3 times and finish with meat sauce and a slice of mozzarella.
Step 4/4
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 °F. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped basil and enjoy.
