Step 1/3
Put a sheet of puff pastry in the pie dish and spread mustard on it. Arrange the cherry tomatoes to fill the pie dish and add grated parmesan.
Step 2/3
Cut off the top of a tomato and remove the inside so it is hollow. Fill it with mini-mozzarella balls and replace the top. Wrap the stuffed tomato in puff pastry and use a pizza cutter to cut the reMayning pastry into long strips.
Step 3/3
Place the pastry-wrapped tomato into the center of the pie dish, and arrange the long strips around the pie as tentacles. Use reMayning pastry to create eye circles. Brush the dough Kraken with the egg yolk and bake for 25 minutes at 350° F. Insert black olives in the eye circles and enjoy!
