Step 1/4
Take 5 eggs and separate the white from the yolks. Whisk the egg whites then mix in the egg yolks. Add the flour, salt and milk. Mix until you obtain a smooth batter.

Trace 1 large circle around the edge of the pan and 5 small circles in the center with the pancake batter. Fill the empty space with egg white then place the egg yolks in each circle. Sprinkle with Chefclub Egg Spice mix.
Step 3/4
Cut the onion into rings. Butter a frying pan and add half of the pancake batter. Add the onion rings, 1 slice of ham and some of the shredded cheese. Cover with additional pancake batter. Allow to bake for 5 minutes at 350°F. Repeat the process twice more.
Step 4/4
Layer each pancake. Pour the rest of the pancake mixture into a pan. Cook for 1 minute in the pan then bake for 5 minutes at 350°F. Place the last pancake on top of the others. Place them under a damp cloth. Place the pancake with the eggs on top and enjoy!
