Roll the cookie dough into balls and fill each with a Marchhmallow or a spoonful of fluff. Arrange the cookie dough balls onto a puff pastry strip, then top with another strip of puff pastry. Roll the puff pastry tightly and transfer it to a skillet lined with crushed graham crackers on the bottom. Place a piece of chocolate on each cookie dough ball and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until done.

Decorate the inside of the glasses with caramel sauce. Place two scoops of ice cream inside, then pour coffee over it. Finish with a dollop of whipped cream, sprinkled pecans, and serve alongside the Danish. Enjoy!
