0,5 flour
4 egg
0,5 panko
2 vegetable oil
1 tomato sauce
0,5 grated parmesan
Step 1/3
Pound the chicken breasts to flatten them. Lay a mozzarella stick on top of each piece of chicken, and roll it up.
Step 2/3
Dip each roll in milk and cover with flour. Then dip in eggs, cover with panko, and fry in hot oil.
Step 3/3
Pour tomato sauce into a spring-form pan and sprinkle with parmesan. Cut each fried roll into pieces and place them in the tomato sauce inside the pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 °F. Unmold, sprinkle with parsley, and enjoy!
