5 prosciutto
1 wheel camembert cheese

Step 1/2
Brown the sliced onion. Cut the potatoes into discs and fry a third of them in a drizzle of olive oil. Beat 4 eggs with salt and pepper and pour them into the pan over the potato slices to cook the omelet. Repeat twice with the reMayning potato slices and eggs to make 3 potato omelets.
Step 2/2
Place a first omelet on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the prosciutto on top and cover with a second omelet. Add the cooked onions and then the last omelet. Finish with a layer of camembert slices and bake for 5 minutes at 350 °F. Slice and enjoy!
