2 pasta dough
2 bolognese sauce
1 olive oil
1 water
2 mozzarella
1 bechamel sauce
10 coppa (italian ham)
10 prosciutto
10 provolone
10 basil leaves
Step 1/3
Spread the pasta dough into a large circle. Cook on the plancha with oil and water. Add bolognese sauce, 1 shredded mozzarella and bechamel on top.
Step 2/3
Roll the coppa, prosciutto, basil and mozzarella together. Cook the provolone on the plancha to make a tuile. Place the meat roll on top and coat with the provolone.Place on top of the pasta and roll into a burrito.
Step 3/3
Wrap the burrito in parchment paper and bake 10 minutes at 350°F. Serve and enjoy!
