Step 1/2
Take the texas loaf and cut out a rectangular piece lengthwise, remove the center to create a box. Coat the bread in melted garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesan.
Step 2/2
Shred the cooked brisket and place some of the meat in the bottom of the loaf. Coat the cooked lasgagna in BBQ sauce and place on top of the brisket. Add a few slices of cheddar and continue to create layers. Sprinkle the top with shredded mozzarella. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F. Sprinkle with chives, serve and enjoy!
