5,2 milk chocolate
0,6 heavy cream
1 mascarpone
1,5 sugar
pears
2 egg
1,5 flour
3 yeast
4 milk
frying oil
cocoa powder
Step 1/3
Mix the flour, eggs, milk, yeast and sugar until you obtain a smooth dough. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes. Take a piece of dough and make a long sausage shape. Crush with a dish and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Step 2/3
Take a plastic sheet protector and pour the chocolate over it. Draw a triangles and put around a vase. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Make a chocolate base. Put the base on a plate and triangles around it.
Step 3/3
Pipe the whipped cream in with diced pears. Place the fried dough on top and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Serve and enjoy!
