Step 1/2
Make 3 small circles in the puff pastry. Sprinkle 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Melt the dark chocolate, dip the end of a pear then draw melted chocolate circles on the cocoa. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Cut the 2 ends of the pears, place them upside down and vertically on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper then cover them with small circles of puff pastry. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.
Step 2/2
Whip the heavy cream, the mascarpone and the rest of the cocoa powder (in the cocoa container) using an electric mixer. Cut an opening in the lid then place the chocolate whipped cream around the outline of the pear tarts. Place the dark chocolate decorations. Sprinkle with additional cocoa and enjoy!
