Cook the macaroni in 1 liter of water, drain them then place them in a baking dish. Cut the onion into pieces and sauté it in a pan. Pour in the heavy cream, the onions, salt and pepper then mix. Sprinkle with grated comté cheese. Place 2 rows of 3 glasses in the dish then bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.
Step 2/2
Form roses with the ham in the spaces created by the glasses. Place 1 egg yolk in each rose then sprinkle with chives. Butter the grill, cut the bread slices in 2 then toast them on the grill. Cut the bread into 3 once more. Cut and sprinkle pieces of truffle on top, place the truffle toast on the pasta and enjoy!
