Step 1/2
Mix the win, sugar, sprite, pineapple juice and mango juice. Smoke the spices with the orange peel in a serving container and pour mixture on top.
Step 2/2
Place plastic sheet protectors in the empty paper tower rolls. Secure with staples. Dye the white chocolate red and pour inside. Coat the sides and allow to set. Unmold and garnish the tubes with chocolate cake, whipped cream (whipped cream with mascarpone, powdered sugar and espelette pepper). Make the decorations with dark chocolate. Serve with birthday candles and enjoy!
