Cut a cross hatch on the salmon fillets. Place in baking dish. Cut the onion, the carrot and the leek into slices. Cook them in 1 liter of boiling water with 2 slices of lemon, coarse salt and saffron.
Step 2/3
Pour half of the broth into the dish with the salmon and cover with cling wrap to poach the salmon for 10 minutes. Mix the other part of the broth, honey and soy sauce over low heat in a saucepan.
Step 3/3
Place the poached salmon and cooked vegetables on a plate. Pour the honey and soy sauce over the salmon. Sprinkle with parsley, place a slice of lemon on the salmon and enjoy!
