12 ground beef, cooked
0,5 cooked bacon, chopped

1 tomato, sliced

Step 1/3
Add onions, carrots, potatoes, Italian seasoning, and chicken broth to the Slow cooker. Cook on a high temperature for 3-4 hours.
Step 2/3
Cover 6 slices of bread with shredded cheese and cover each one with another slice of bread. Roll with a rolling pin to flatten. Cut each one into triangles. Arrange triangles in both of the large bowls, covering the inside surfaces. Brush lightly with melted butter. Arrange bacon slices around one of the bowls, covering the bread completely, and place the second bowl on top. Place the smallest bowl on top of this bowl and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F. Remove from oven and let cool.
Step 3/3
In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the flour. Whisk to make a thick roux. Add milk to and cook until it is smooth. Add the roux, ground beef, bacon, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker and stir well to combine. Sprinkle the soup with cheddar cheese. Fill the bacon covered "bowl" with soup and garnish with lettuce, tomato slices, scallions and bacon. Cover with the other "bowl" and sprinkle the top with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
