8 oz cheddar, grated

Remove the sticks from frozen corn dogs, cut notches in one side of the corn dogs, saving 6 pieces. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, stack corn dogs as you would Lincoln Logs, interlocking the notches you cut, 2-by-2. Once your structure is five corn dogs high on each side, place toothpicks in the 6 notches you saved and place on the low side of the tower. Place frozen French fries all around the corn dog tower and bake for 20 minutes at 375 °F.

While your corn dogs bake, warm chili in a pan. Remove the corn dog tower and French fries from oven and place on a serving plate. Fill the center of the tower with chili. In a pan, heat heavy cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika to make a cheese sauce. Pour cheese sauce over the chili, and top with red onions and jalapeños. Serve warm!
