5 round zucchini
1 pie dough
2 fillets salmon, cubed
3 egg
1 low fat cream
chives
salt & pepper
Step 1/3
Cut the top and bottom off of each zucchini and each each slice with the shot glass. Cube the zucchini off-cuts and halve the rings.
Step 2/3
Arrange the half rings in a circle on the pie dough and fold the edges of the dough up against the sides of the zucchini. Add the diced zucchini and cubed salmon to the center of the pie.
Step 3/3
Beat the eggs and light cream with chopped chives, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture into the pie and bake for 20 minutes at 350 °F. Remove from the oven, slice, and enjoy!
