Step 1/3
Take the steak and cut a large circle in the middle. Take the salmon and cut a large circle in the middle. In a bowl mix olive oil, dill, lemon juice, red chili flakes, salt & pepper. Place the salmon in a dish and coat with the marinade sauce. Place the steak in a dish and coat with chimichurri. Place the salmon circle in the steak hole and the steak circle in the salmon hole.
Step 2/3
Take the popsicle mold and pour a couple of drops of tabasco in each. In a bowl mix the cream cheese, grated cheddar, cooked bacon bits, slices of jalapeños, paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Fill the popsicle mold with the mixture and stick a popsicle stick inside. Place in the freezer. Once frozen, place the mold in hot water to easily remove the posicles. Wrap slices of bacon around each popsicle.
Step 3/3
Place the steak, the salmon and the popsicles on a hot grill. Add slices of lemon on top. Cook until done. Serve and enjoy!
