**1 Cookie preparation:**
Combine the cubed butter, 2/3 cup of brown sugar, eggs, flour, salt, baking powder, and chocolate chips. Place this cookie dough in the tart pan and press it down with the saucepan so that it fits the shape of the pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 °F.

**2 Preparation of the crème brûlée :**
Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and add the heavy cream and scraped vanilla bean. Demold the cookie tart pan and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Pour the cream mixture into the cookie and bake for 20 minutes at 285 °F.
Step 3/3
Remove from the oven, top with the reMayning brown sugar, and caramelize it with a torch. Slice and enjoy!
