Step 1/3
Add the hot dogs to the skewers and cook them in boiling water. Cut the onion into pieces and caramelize. Spread the mashed potato using the Pyrex dish then pour the caramelized onions on top. Roll a hot dog in the mashed potato and repeat the process with the other hot dogs.
Step 2/3
Break and beat the eggs in a pipette. Cut the red and green bell peppers into pieces. Cook the peppers on the plancha, sprinkle with Chefclub spices for vegetables, form 2 squares of peppers then draw a square with the egg in the pipette. Repeat the process with the other square of peppers. Repeat the process 4 times. Wrap a hot dog skewer in the omelette and repeat the process with the other hot dogs.
Step 3/3
Melt the grated mozzarella in a saucepan, sprinkle with chives then wrap mozzarella filaments around the hot dog skewers. Serve with a condiment of your choice and enjoy!
