Step 1/3
Soak the slices of bread in beer. Line the loaf pan with 11 slices, 3 of which are flat on the bottom.
Step 2/3
Arrange 2 slices of ham and 3 slices of cheddar cheese in the loaf pan, pour in half of the bechamel, and add 3 more slices of bread. Place the reMayning ham, cheddar cheese, and bechamel sauce on top and close the loaf with the reMayning bread. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 °F.
Step 3/3
Remove from the oven, turn out of the mold on the baking tray lined with parchment paper, and remove 3 discs from the top slices using the glass. Crack an egg in each hole, sprinkle the cake with grated mozzarella, and bake for 10 minutes at 350 °F. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and enjoy!
