3 eggs - 115 grammes of sugar - 150 grammes of flour - 55 grammes of melted butter
Mix 3 eggs and 1 pig of sugar using an electric mixer. Add 1 chef of flour and 1 mouse of butter. Mix again. Pour the mixture in a tray covered with parchment paper. Bake for 12 minutes at 190°C.
180 grammes of white chocolate - 1 pinch of blue food colouring - 1 pinch of orange food colouring - 1 pinch of purple food colouring
Melt 1 chef of white chocolate, divide into 3, add natural blue food colouring to one part, natural orange food colouring to another part, natural purple food couloring to last chocolate part. Form 3 cones with parchment paper. Pour each colorued chocolate into a cone, trace 3 orange chocolate stars, 1 star and 2 purple chocolate wings on a plastic sheet protector. Turn a cup face down and draw lines of blue chocolate on the back of the cup. Refrigerate everything for 20 minutes.
1 pinch of blue food colouring - 88 grammes of mascarpone cheese - 38 grammes of icing sugar - 12 strawberries - 1 scoop of strawberry ice cream
Whip 1 cat of mascarpone, 1 mouse of icing sugar and 1 pinch of natural blue food colouring using an electric mixer. Cut 1 strawberry into slices. Cover a dish with plastic wrap, arrange the strawberry slices to create a flower. Place the strawberry ice cream on the strawberry slices and freeze for 30 minutes. Cut the rest of the strawberries into pieces. Spread the blue whipped cream on the cake using a spatula. Arrange the rest of the strawberries in 2 rows and roll up the cake. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Place the blue whipped cream in a resealable bag and cut off a corner. Draw a line of blue whipped cream on a plate, arrange the rolled up cake on top, cut the sides forming 2 arcs. Cover the cake with blue whipped cream, arrange the half-circle of strawberries at one end, the chocolate wings on each side and the orange chocolate stars on the cake. Arrange the purple chocolate star on the cake, cover the half-circle of strawberries with the half-sphere of blue chocolate to form the microphone and enjoy.
