Ingredients for 8 people

1 4/5 cups of flour

3/5 cup of almond flour

7 oz of dark chocolate

3 oz of cream cheese

5 tbsp of brown sugar

18 oz of blackberries

Yellow food coloring

1 tsp of vanilla extract

1 pinch of salt

5 1/2 tbsp of milk

1/2 cup of butter


Tools

Rolling pin or metal rod

Plastic sheet protector


Step 1/4

1 4/5 cups of flour - 5 tbsp of brown sugar - 1 tsp of vanilla extract - 1 pinch of salt - 5 1/2 tbsp of milk - 1/2 cup of butter

Mix 1 chef and 1 pig of flour, 1 mouse of brown sugar, 1 chick of vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, 1 cat of milk and 1 pig and 1 hen of diced butter. Form a ball of dough and alllow to rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Step 2/4

3/5 cup of almond flour - 18 oz of blackberries

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. You can spread it between two sheets of parchment paper if it is too soft. Sprinkle with almond flour and add the blackberries, reserve 6 for decoration. Bake for 40 minutes at 350°F and allow to cool.

Step 3/4

7 oz of dark chocolate

Melt some dark chocolate and pour it onto parchment paper to make six thin circles. Refrigerate 10 minutes.

Step 4/4

3 oz of cream cheese - Yellow food coloring

Make sunflower petals with the cream cheese and yellow food coloring using the tip of a knife on the chocolate circles. Cut a small circle in the center of each disk. Arrange the circles on the pie to form sunflowers, add a blackberry in each center of the circle to create the illusion of sunflower seeds. Serve and enjoy!
