Description
Spooky but yummy!
Step 1/3
Peel and cut the pepper into strips, peel the cucumber and cut it into slices, chop the onion and the clove of garlic. Cut the bread into pieces and put everything in the blender. Add a pig of olive oil, 4 hens of red wine vinegar, 1 pig of cold water with salt, season to your liking and mix everything. Rerigerate for 2 hours.
Step 2/3
To make the scarecrows, cut the tops of the 4 tomatoes, make a hole in the peduncle then empty the tomatoes. Cut strips of peppers to make the scarecrow's pockets. Stick them on with cream cheese and add small sprigs of chives. Make the arms with pretzel sticks, strips of yellow peppers and two sprigs of chives. Make the head with a straw, sliced bread, black olives and mozzarella balls for the eyes and mouth, tomato for the nose and cream cheese to stick the parts together. Make a hat out of peppers and hair with sprigs of chives. Secure with a rubber band or a sprig of chives.
Step 3/3
Pour the gazpacho into the tomato then put the tomato cap back on. Push the straw and arms into the hole. Add some pretzel sticks as well. Drink the gazpacho through the straw. Enjoy!
