Milk chocolate
Sprinkles
Buttercream frosting
Cupcakes

Step 1/2
Set cookie cutters over a bed of sprinkles and fill them with melted chocolate. Let the chocolate cool and harden.
Step 2/2
Meanwhile, frost your cupcakes with buttercream. Once the chocolate has set, carefully remove the sprinkle-filled chocolate dinosaurs and place them on top of each cupcake. Serve and enjoy!
