Bagels

Cream cheese

Eggs

Everything bagel seasoning

Tater tots

Chives

Bacon

Cheddar

Jalapeños

Fresno peppers


Step 1/4

Start by dipping bagel halves in melted butter. Place the bagel tops on a baking dish and carefully add an egg yolk into each bagel hole. Cover with the egg whites and sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning.

Step 2/4

On a separate baking sheet, lay out the bagel bottoms and spread a layer of cream cheese over each one.

Step 3/4

In a bowl, mix together tater tots with cheddar cheese, jalapeños, Fresno peppers, bacon, and chives. Spoon this mixture onto the cream cheese-covered bagel bottoms. Bake both baking sheets in the oven until golden and crispy.

Step 4/4

Finally, place the bagel tops on the bottoms and sprinkle with more chives. Serve and enjoy!
