Shape the brioche dough into a giant donut shape and deep-fry it until it turns golden brown. Once it's ready, take it off the heat and generously dust it with BBQ spices. Next, slice it in half lengthwise and generously smother the upper side of the donut with melted cheese sauce. Coat it with crispy bacon bits. For the lower donut bun, spread a generous layer of shredded chicken, and then gently place the other half on top. Finally, infuse the dough with BBQ sauce.
Pour maple syrup over the waffles and add some jalapeno slices. Create a waffle sandwich by placing them together and serve it with the beignet. Enjoy!
