Step 1/3
Use an air pump to separate the chicken skin from the body. Pipe in a generous amount of loaded mashed potatoes into this space. Drizzle the entire chicken with olive oil and generously sprinkle it with BBQ spices. Then, bake the chicken for 1 to 1.3 hours at 350°F.
Step 2/3
Start by piping waffle batter onto the waffle maker. On some portions of the batter, add chicken nuggets and pecans as toppings, while on others, include jalapeños and cheddar. Lastly, for another variation, place mozzarella and pickle slices on the reMayning portions. Cover each with an additional layer of waffle batter and cook until the waffles are fully cooked.
Step 3/3
Top the waffles with maple syrup and sprinkle the chicken with chives. Serve together and enjoy!
