Mega Cheesy Baked Potato

Ingredients for 6 people

6 large potates

1 head of garlic

5 tbsp of butter

1 cup of shredded cheddar

1 cup of shredded mozzarella

1 cup of shredded swiss cheese

24 slices of bacon

olive oil

salt & pepper

Step 1/4

Put the potatoes on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Coat them in olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper, and bake for 40 minutes at 340°F

Step 2/4

Remove from oven and slice in two without separating the two halves. Mix diced garlic with melted butter and slather it into the insides of the potatoes.

Step 3/4

Mash the insides of the potatoes with a fork without removing them. Add the cheddar to 2 of the potatoes, add the mozzarella to 2 other potatoes, and add the Swiss cheese to the last two potatoes. Melt the cheeses inside by mixing them with the hot potato until you have a dough worthy of a cheese-pull.

Step 4/4

Close the potatoes, roll each one in 4 slices of bacon, then put them on the sheet pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F then enjoy.
