Ingredients for 4 people

2 rack of pork ribs

1 lb of butter

1 3/5 cups of bbq sauce

6 tbsp of brown sugar

2 lbs of cheddar

4 tbsp of bbq seasoning

27 slices of bacon

2 potatoes

2 tbsp of olive oil

1 cup of cream cheese

1 baguette

2 cups of coleslaw

1 cup of pickle slices

Step 1/3

Lay two racks of pork ribs over foil, spread softened butter evenly over the ribs, season with Chefclub BBQ seasoning and salt. Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake at 350°F until done.

Step 2/3

Punch nine holes in a 2 the blocks of cheddar and fill each hole halfway with BBQ. Stick the bones inside the holes. Slice nine rectangles of cheddar and wrap each rectangle in three slices of bacon. Place on a sheet pan and bake until the bacon is crispy.

Step 3/3

Use a spiralizer to cut each potato into long thin strips. Pipe cream cheese in between strips, coat with olive oil and salt. Bake until potatoes are cooked. Slice baguette in half lengthwise and place coleslaw on the bottom half. Top with cooked rib meat, pickles, cream cheese filled potatoes and BBQ sauce. Close the sandwich and serve with the bacon and cheddar lollipops. Enjoy!
