Ingredients for 5 people

20 slices of cheddar

flour

5 eggs

1 tbsp of milk

breadcrumbs

2 cups of mashed potatoes

salt & pepper

7 slices of grilled bacon

4 chicken breasts

1/2 cup of hot sauce or buffalo sauce of choice

sunflower oil

mixed greens

sun dried tomatoes

Tools

Halloween mask

Cling film

Spray bottle

Step 1/3

Cover the creepy Halloween mask of your choice with cling film, then cover with 2 layers of cheddar cheese slices, pressing the cheese down into the details of the mask. Cover evenly with flour and spray with an egg and milk mixture. Lastly cover with breadcrumbs and freeze until hard.

Step 2/3

Meanwhile, prepare the mashed potatoes by mixing them with salt, pepper, parsley, and grilled bacon. Place them on a serving plate and form them into a smooth oval that can easily fit inside the mask. Next, boil the chicken breasts in water for about 10 minutes or until cooked through. Next, shred and add salt to taste and add your favorite hot sauce or buffalo sauce. Top the mashed potatoes with the buffalo chicken, keeping the oval shape of the mask. Keep warm.

Step 3/3

Remove the mask from the freezer and coat the inside with flour, spray with egg wash, and cover with breadcrumbs. Cut out holes for the eyes and nose, then deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Place the mask on top of the buffalo chicken and garnish the edges with greens and sun dried tomatoes. Fill the eyes with eyes with hot sauce, serve, and enjoy!
