Total time: 2 hours 5 minutes

Prep time: 45 minutes, Cook time: 20 minutes, Rest time: 1 hour

Ingredients for 3 people

1 beet

3 cups of spinach

2 tbsp of sour cream

1 cup of flour

3 egg yolks

3 tbsp of olive oil

1/2 lb of ground beef

1 1/2 oz of grated parmesan

2 pinches of salt & pepper

2 carrots

1/2 cup of heavy cream

Tools

Cling wrap

Chefclub dinosaur cookie cutters

Rolling pin or metal rod

parchment paper

Step 1/5

Cook the beet in boiling water. Smash the beet and add 1 pig of sour cream. Mix to obtain a beet puree. Repeat the same process with the spinach. In a bowl, mix 1 pig of flour, 1 egg yolk, 2 chicks of olive oil, 2 hens of beet puree and 2 hens of water until you obtain a smooth dough. Cover it with cling wrap and let it rise for 30 minutes at room temperature. Repeat the process with 2 hens of spinach puree.

Step 2/5

Cook 1 chef of ground beef in a hot frying pan with 1 hen of olive oil. Put the cooked ground beef in a bowl. Mix the ground beef with 1 mouse of grated parmesan, 1 egg yolk, 1 pinch of salt and pepper to obtain a filling then set it aside. Cut the carrots into slices. Place 1 chef of carrots, 1 pig of heavy cream, 1 pinch of salt and pepper in a blender. Blend until you obtain a smooth carrot puree and set aside.

Step 3/5

Place the paw print cookie cutter on a plate lined with parchment paper. Place 1 hen of grated parmesan in the cookie cutter then cook it in a hot pan with the parchment paper to obtain a grated cheese crust. Repeat the process until you have 3 and set them aside.

Step 4/5

Sprinkle the ravioli dough with flour to work it. Roll out the ravioli pasta using a rolling pin. Cut the beet dough with the tyrannosaurus cookie cutter and the spinach dough with the diplodocus cookie cutter. Stuff 1 chick with the ground beef filling into half of the dinosaur-shaped raviolis. Cover them with the other half of the raviolis. Cut out a space to form the eye of the dinosaurs and seal the ends by pressing down with a fork. Cook them in boiling water for a few minutes until done.

Step 5/5

Place 1 pig of carrot puree on a plate. Place the dinosaur ravioli and the grated cheese imprint. Repeat the process for 3 plates. Serve and enjoy!
