Beet juice

Eggs

Mayonnaise

Chives



Step 1/2

Dip hard-boiled eggs in beet juice for a natural pink dye. Cut a small opening at the top, remove the yolks, and blend them with mayo.

Step 2/2

Pipe the filling back in, then set each egg atop long chives on a plate to resemble blooming tulips. Serve and enjoy!
