Ingredients for 4 people

1 lb of bbq pork

14 slices of bacon

4 cups of macaroni and cheese

6 tbsp of bbq sauce

1 puff pastry

1 egg

4 tbsp of chefclub bbq spice mix

Step 1/1

Create a bacon lattice. Line a deep pie dish with the puff pastry leaving 1 inch of overhang. Combine the BBQ sauce, Chefclub BBW spice mix and shredded pork. Mix well. Layer the dish with the macaroni and cheese, shredded pork mixture and top with the bacon lattice. Use the puff pastry overhang to seal the edges. Brush the edges with eggwash. Bake at 350°F until done. Serve and enjoy!
