Ingredients for 3 people
1 box of cereal
5.3 oz of dark chocolate
7 oz of mascarpone
4/5 cup of heavy cream
3 tbsp of powdered sugar
2 tbsp of sugar
4 tbsp of butter
6 tbsp of cacao powder
Melt the dark chocolate, pour it into cereal box and mix. Place on a plate, spread the chocolate mixture in a circle and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Repeat the process 2 times.
Hold the pear vertically, plant 6 skewers vertically in a row, cut the pear into strips using the skewers as a guide. Place the pear slices in a bowl of ice cubes, dip one side of the pear slices in the rest of the melted dark chocolate, let the chocolate set and unmold it onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Melt the white chocolate, dip a skewer in the melted white chocolate and spray the white chocolate onto the dark chocolate then set aside for 30 minutes. Repeat the process 2 times.
Whip the mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, place it in a Ziplock bag, cut the bottom corner to use it as a piping bag. Place whipped cream on each chocolate shell except the 2 smallest ones, layer the medium chocolate shells and place the small chocolate shells on top. Assemble the chocolate shells on a plate to form a chocolate and whipped cream pear. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Repeat the process 2 times.
Cut the rest of the pear into pieces, cook them with the butter and sugar, place the pears on the chocolate shells, place the whipped cream around the pears. Place the chocolate pears, sprinkle with cacao powder and enjoy!
