Ingredients for 6 people
9 hot dogs
2 pizza doughs
1 cup of cheddar cheese, grated
1 black olive
Cut the hot dogs in 2 and form 2 star-shaped notches at each end. Arrange all the hot dog halves on the edge of a pizza dough with the notched part on the outside.
Place the cheddar cheese in the center of the dough. Arrange the straws with one end in the middle of the dough and the other end on the outside. Cover the first dough with the second dough and seal the edges around the hot dogs.
Cut a notch between each hot dog and twist each a half turn. Blow through the straws to inflate the dough. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 °F.
Cut the olive in half and stick the 2 halves on the puffed dough and draw a mouth underneath with ketchup. Cut off the top of the puffed dough and enjoy by dipping the hot dogs into the melted cheese.
