Ingredients for 4 people

1 rectangular pizza dough

1 cup of mozzarella, grated

1/2 cup of sour cream

2 slices of smoke salmon

1/2 leek

1/2 cup of tomato sauce

2 slices of prosciutto

4 egg yolks

oregano

dill

salt & pepper

Baking tray

Parchment paper


Step 1/3

Cut the pizza dough in 4 lengthwise and sprinkle with 3/4 cup of the mozzarella. Roll the strips into logs lengthwise and then roll each log into a snail shape. Press in the center of the snails to make a divot.

Step 2/3

Spread the sour cream, the salmon cut into small pieces, and the minced leek over 2 of the rolls. Spread the tomato sauce, prosciutto cut into small pieces, and remaining mozzarella on the other 2.

Step 3/3

Add salt, pepper, and oregano to the tomato mini pizzas and dill to the sour cream mini pizzas. Place an egg yolk in the middle of each. Place on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper, bake for 15 minutes at 350 °F, and enjoy!
