  • 2 PIZZA DOUGH
  • 8 MINI MOZZARELLA
  • SALMON
  • 1/8 CUP OF CREAM
  • 2 SLICES PROSCIUTTO HAM
  • 1/3 CUP OF GRATED CHEDDAR
  • 1/3 CUP OF FETA CHEESE
  • 4 CHERRY TOMATOES
  • TOMATO SAUCE
  • BASIL
  • DILL

  1. Lay one rolled pizza dough over the ice cube tray and using your fingers, gently push the dough into each of the wells.

  2. Place in each row the following ingredients: – ½ cherry tomato and a cube of feta cheese – 1 mini mozzarella ball and 1 basil leaf – 1 piece of prosciutto ham and grated cheddar cheese – 1 cube of salmon, crème fraîche and dill

  3. Cover the ice cube tray with the second piece of rolled pizza dough and use a rolling pin to seal the dough together. Remove the excess dough. Put the ice cube tray in the fridge for 10 minutes, then turn out the pizza cubes and separate them with a knife.

  4. Arrange the pizza cubes on the baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F. Serve with tomato sauce.
